Honey Puff Chicks

Two crazy Chicks decide to venture to country town Wangaratta.
They have volunteered to make 'Loukoumades' at the Panaygia Myrtidiotissa Greek orthodox church's annual festivity.
What started out as a helping hand flourished into an amazing adventure.
With encouraging and satisfying results at this event, as well as many others they decided to continue developing this delicious sweet for all to enjoy. With true passion and pride of their Hellenic heritage, their Honey Puffs are the traditional authentic, real deal, Loukoumades.

Australian Food Awards 

Plough to Plate’s renowned ajvar — a Macedonian pepper-based spread — won gold for the third year running.

“I have a Macedonian background and apart from bread, peppers is the main food in Macedonia and I’ve never had a year where we haven’t grown peppers,” owner Natasha Petrovska said. “It’s all organically made, it’s smooth and creamy and best served on crusty bread with a bit of fetta cheese.

My Private Bake

My passion for baking started in 2013. I would share the cakes and cookies with friends and colleagues. With constant encouragements from friends to make a business out of my passion for baking, I decided to venture into home baked business in 2017 and started My Private Bake.


Folly Farm Blueberries

A beautiful historic farm just one hour from Melbourne.

Folly Farm is a family owned blueberry farm situated in Olinda, Mt.Dandenong.

Established in 1982, this is one of the first blueberry farms commercially planted in.

The plants are still going strong thanks to healthy farm practice, great acidic mountain soil and the fresh air of the Dandenong Ranges.

Saori Sauces

Saori Kojima founded her brand of traditional Japanese sauces and seasonings in 2013 in her newly adopted home of Upwey, in Victoria’s leafy Dandenong Ranges.

When Saori first moved to Melbourne from Hokkaido in 2011, she was delighted to discover the incredible array of fresh produce and ingredients available, but found it difficult to find authentic Japanese sauces and condiments that were not overly processed and full of unnecessary additives and flavour enhancers.
