Gauthier Oger is a French trained Master Patissier and Chocolatier from Normandie, France. Gauthier’s extensive training and career has seen him travel throughout Europe working in a range of high quality and Michelin star restaurants, including the famous Chevre D’Or in the South of France.
Since arriving in Australia (ten years ago) Gauthier has continued to develop his skills working in various high class restaurants and patisseries, followed by eight years training Melbourne’s finest as a Master Teacher of Patisserie, Bread, Chocolate and Gâteau at the world famous William Angliss Institute of TAFE.
Gauthier is extremely passionate about producing high quality, authentic and delicious French products.
