Garlic Crumb Beans

An easy and tasty seasonal side dish, garlic crumb green beans.


30g butter
2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 lemon rind, finely grated
400g green beans


Melt butter in non-stick frying pan on medium heat to cook breadcrumbs, stirring for 3 mins.

Add garlic and lemon rind. Cook for another 2 mins, until breadcrumbs are crisp and golden.

Trim and steam the beans and serve with breadcrumb mixture.
