Dishing up for Christmas

I thought I would let you know what I‘m serving up my family this year for Christmas, as I‘m so lucky to have access to the best fresh produce in town!

Starters

  • Bluebay Cheese platter with fresh figs

Entre

  • Fresko Seafoods salmon fillets rolled in chilli nori flakes served with Saori sauces.

Main

  • BBQ Otway lamb butterfly shoulder marinated in preseved lemon and garlic.
  • Pindarri whole chook roasted on my Spithouse BBQ
  • Mum‘s rolled Gypsy Pig pork with brandy soaked prunes

Sides

  • Thorpdale potato and egg salad
  • Coolibah leaf & herb salad
  • Myrtle Grove coleslaw
  • Root vegetable roast

Dessert

  • Summer berry icecream drizzled with Three Bees Iron Bark honey

 I‘m then going to sit back and watch my husband wash up.
