So easy and delicious - there‘s no excuse to not try out this festive berry bark.
375 g white chocolate
Approx 80g raw honey, or to taste
200-300g frozen blueberries and raspberries
Melt white chocolate.
Spread fresh berries out onto a baking paper lined biscuit tray, breaking raspberries apart a little so they are spread over tray.
Drizzle chcolate evenly over berries.
Drizzle honey (to taste) over berries, and place tray in freezer.
Once frozen solid, break into pieces and store in a container in the freezer.
HINT - be sure to eat it quickly from the freezer as it will melt.
