Janet has been practicing yoga for over 8 years and completed her qualification through Yoga & Meditation School of India in Caulfield in 2014. She strongly believes that Yoga is for everyone - not just for the super fit or flexible. Being able to touch your toes is certainly not a pre-request for her class. Practising yoga regularly will not only get you fitter and feeling better about yourself but also help with your mental well-being when dealing with the stresses of everyday life.
The classes Janet teaches is based on the worlds oldest Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga systems which are traditional with a modern physiological focus. Classes includes Surya Namaskar (Sun Saluations), Asanas, Pranayama (Breath Work), Dharana (Concentration Work) and Savasana for further relaxation of the mind and body. Her classes will help you build strength, increase your focus, aids balance and weight loss, reduce stress and increase vitality.
Suitable for every level from beginner to advance students.
Classes are held every Sunday from 9.30am - 10.30am in the Blue Sky Room.
$15 per person OR $130 for 10 Yoga Sessions pass

Please arrive approximately 5 minutes before the class and bring a Yoga Mat, your drink bottle and wear loose and comfortable clothing.
